Photo Contest Online with Monthly Prizes & Photo Exhibition

R. Bailey is the July 2007 winner and has won $250. As well, we award a matching prize of $250 to a charity for the blind of the winner's choosing. As soon as our winner chooses a favorite charity and April notifies us, we will post the choice here.
